• The 50‑hour initial service is mandatory to remove machining debris, metal particles and impurities generated during the running‑in period of a new engine.

• Items to be completed:

1. Replace engine oil and oil filter with genuine specifications.

2. Clean or replace air filter element; check for dust or damage.

3. Inspect fuel filter for water and contamination; replace if necessary.

4. Check coolant level, concentration and for leaks.

5. Inspect fan belts and charging belts for tension, wear and cracks.

6. Check all fasteners, hoses and wiring for looseness or damage.

7. Verify exhaust system, vibration mounts and grounding connections.

• After the first service, follow the regular maintenance schedule (every 250 hours or every 6 months, whichever comes first).

1. Medium-sized units (20kW–100kW):

   It is recommended to operate continuously for 12–24 hours and rest for 2–4 hours.
